An affinity group is a small group of people who come together to prepare for and take direct action. Affinity groups are organised in a nonhierarchical and autonomous way, there are no leaders and everyone has an equal voice and responsibility.
Why work in affinity groups?
(Usually 10 groups of 10 people can achieve more than 100 people acting on mass.)
